Merry Christmas to all our customers and website visitors.

For the Christmas period 2023 our last order dates and opening hours are as follows:

Last Order Dates for Pre Christmas Delivery:

Computer and Bundle Orders: 2:30pm 14th December 2023

Stand & Monitor Array Orders: 2:30pm 19th December 2023

Orders received up until the 21st December may be shipped between Christmas and New Year, we will contact you directly to agree a delivery date. Orders received after this will still be processed however will not ship out for delivery until the week beginning 3rd January 2024.

Workshop Closure:

Our workshop will be closed from 22nd December until the 27th and will close again on the 29th until the 3rd January mirroring our main supply chain closure schedules.

New Sales & Technical Enquiries:

Our main phone lines will be open until 5:00pm on Friday 22nd December, and then will re-open on Wednesday 27th to Friday 29th, with all services returning to normal on the 3rd January.

Messages taken will be forwarded to technical and sales staff who will reply throughout the festive period however there may be delays and technical staff will not be immediately available on your 1st phone call.

We strongly advise all sales and technical enquiries are emailed across in the first instance whereby an appropriate team member will respond.

Existing Customer Support:

Technical staff will be monitoring emails and responding to any support phone messages throughout the festive period however due to our workshop closure there may be short delays in replying to you.

If you are having a problem the first place to check for help would be our blog whereby any more widespread problems will be addressed by support articles towards the top of the list of posts.

The quickest way to access direct support is to send an email to: sales@multiplemonitors.co.uk – please include your order number, or name and delivery address details if you don’t have your order number, along with descriptions of the problem. Screen-shots and pictures are very helpful if you are seeing error messages.

You can also call through on our main number however due to the workshop closure technical staff will not be immediately available to be patched through and any call backs may be subject to a short delay.
