Before placing an order we show an estimated delivery date on the product pages, this date is generally very accurate.

Once your order has been received we will begin building it, after it has begun testing we will contact you with a specific delivery date via email.

UK Mainland: The day before delivery we will email you a tracking code for the consignment and if you supply a mobile phone number on checkout then you will also receive a text message on the morning of delivery giving you a 1 hour delivery window.

This delivery window is also available through the tracking link in the dispatch email and will be no later than 12:30pm on the day of delivery.

International Orders: Your delivery estimate is shown on the International Costs / Timescales popup window, you will also receive a dispatch email with tracking codes in and an expected delivery date given by the couriers.
