All of our computers come with lifetime email and telephone support for as long as you still own the computer. We can also setup remote access support sessions to take control of your PC remotely (with your permission) for any support requirements.

You are also supplied with an hardware warranty package for 1 year (extendable up to 3 years through the customisation options). If a component fails during this time, we will endeavour to arrange a fix at your location if at all possible.
